Directions
Kanha National Park in the state of Madhya Pradesh, in central India.
There are daily flights from Delhi to Jabalpur from where it is a 3½ hour drive (160 km) drive to Kipling Camp, and daily fights from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Hyderabad to Nagpur (a 160 km, 5½ hr drive). There are also good overnight trains to Jabalpur (the nearest railhead) and Nagpur.
From New Delhi
Daily flights to Jabalpur on Kingfisher Airlines, and 4 flights a week to Jabalpur on Indian airlines, and daily flights to Nagpur by a number of airlines. There are good overnight trains to Jabalpur (the Gondwana Express is the best - dep.14:30 pm arr. 6:10 am).
From Mumbai
Daily connecting flights via Indore to Jabalpur on Kingfisher and Jet Airways, and daily direct flights to Nagpur. There is also an overnight train to Jabalpur.
From Kolkata
Daily flights to Nagpur by JetLite. There is also a daily overnight train to Jabalpur.
From Bangalore & Hyderabad
Daily flights to Nagpur on Kingfisher. Indigo airlines also flies from Bangalore to Nagpur. There are overnight trains to Jabalpur
